1. Ensure that tertiary student enrollment is a minimum of 5% of the total undergraduate student enrollment for each session. 

2. Ensure that 50% of undergraduate students at graduation get a CGPA of 3.5 and above.
   
    

Section: Research

1. Ensure 50% of all academic staff have research grants.
