Registration does not require an immediate payment. However, please note that all submitted abstracts will be discarded if payment is not received by 30 November 2022.
The abstract submission deadline is 31 October 2022. The Scientific Committee will review the abstracts for inclusion in the scientific programme in the following formats:
Best Oral Presenter Award
The oral presentation will be evaluated by a panel of judges to be considered for best oral presenter award.
Young Investigators Award
IMPRES 2022 will also organise a special session called the Young Investigators Session. Rapid oral video presentations considered for the Young Investigators Session will be evaluated by a panel of judges prior to a 5 minute Q&A session during the symposium for best Young Investigators Award.
Eligibility Criteria for Young Investigators Session:
People’s Choice Award
The most liked rapid oral video presentation by IMPRES2022 participants will be considered for the People’s Choice Award

Instruction for authors:
Each participant is limited to ONE paper as the presenting author but may co-author other papers.
Incorrectly formatted submissions or those requiring English editing will be returned to the submitting author for amendments prior to acceptance. The major aspects of the entire abstract in a prescribed sequence with the title which includes:

Guideline for Rapid Oral Video Presentation:
Upon the acceptance of abstract, participants are required to upload a Rapid Oral Video Presentation by 15th November 2022
Slides Criteria
2. Please insert a 3-minute audio and video of yourself narrating your 1-page slide. Your talk must be prepared as a file that includes both your slides AND the audio within the same document. Presentations which exceed the given time limit will not be accepted.
3. Please save the file as a video (MP4) file. You may use any tools or software to produce the video (MP4) file.
4. The rapid oral video presentation will be displayed throughout the meeting with ample opportunity for discussion.
